The US Mexico Chamber of Commerce South East Chapter  is hosting a major THINK-TANK conference on North American Economic Security on November 19 and 20. leading  representatives of industry and government from Canada , USA and Mexico will present their views and visions for the north American economies after nafta.

 

A special event to recognize the signatories of nafta is planned for the evening of October 8,2008. the visionary award will be present to presidents Clinton, Salinas and prime minister Mulroney of Canada.

Terms and Conditions

 

1.       This Sponsorship Agreement is valid from the date signed through the end of the USMCOC 2008 Economic Forum (hereafter called USMCOC Forum).

2.       A Sponsor may select more than one category of Sponsorship, (e.g., Platinum, plus “In-Kind” Services).

3.       Sponsor Marketing Use Agreement: Sponsors may use the following tag line on their marketing materials during the term of their Forum Sponsorship Agreement: “Official Sponsor of the USMCOC 2008 Economic Forum.”

4.       Production Timelines: In order for USMCOC to fulfill all promotional benefits for Sponsor, Sponsor agrees to meet all of USMCOC’s Forum-related media submission deadlines .

5.       Sponsor Trademark Usage Agreement: Sponsors agree to allow USMCOC to use the Sponsor’s trademark/logo/tag line to perform and fulfill its Sponsor promotional services and benefits agreed to in the USMCOC Forum Sponsorship Agreement.

6.       In conjunction with Sponsor’s Trademark/logo/tag line and graphic images, Sponsor agrees to provide USMCOC a “release waiver” no later than 10 days following the date of this signed agreement, permitting USMCOC the right to use Sponsor’s trademark/logo/tagline and graphics on all of Sponsor’s promotional benefits, e.g.:

         on the web banner ad to be posted on the USMCOC Forum promotion web pages

         on all Sponsor benefit items USMCOC detailed in the Sponsorship Program Level (e.g., Platinum, Gold, Silver etc.)

         on any Forum Exhibit Hall promotional banner and signage, et al.

7.       Web Reference: Sponsor may publish an Internet hyperlink from Sponsor’s web site to the USMCOC Forum web site, and maintain the hyperlink as an active, functional, and correct link to the USMCOC Forum web site through the duration of the USMCOC Annual Forum.

8.       Payment: A purchase order or 100% payment in full must accompany this application and agreement .

       SPONSORSHIPS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

9.       Non-Endorsement: The use of USMCOC’s name or Forum Attendees’ mailing list does not constitute an endorsement by USMCOC of the Sponsor, or the Sponsor’s services, products or programs. Additionally, the Sponsor is not permitted to represent in any manner that such services, products, or programs have been endorsed by USMCOC.

10.   Non-Exclusivity: USMCOC does not award exclusive sponsorships nor establish exclusive relationships with Sponsors. Sponsor shall not imply that such a preferential relationship exists between Sponsor and USMCOC.

11.   Limited Liability: In the event that circumstances beyond the control of USMCOC interferes with, or prevents, USMCOC from fulfilling, in part, or all of, Sponsor’s promotional benefits under this agreement, Sponsor, by signing this agreement, holds USMCOC, as well as its Board of Directors, employees, and its Member Organizations, harmless from all legal and financial liability to Sponsor beyond the fee paid by Sponsor for this Sponsorship.

12.   Force Majeure. Neither USMCOC or Sponsor shall be deemed in default of this Agreement to the extent that performance of its obligations or attempts to cure any breach are delayed or prevented by reason of any act of God, fire, natural disaster, accident, act of government, or any other cause beyond its control.

13.   USMCOC reserves the right to reject a potential sponsor for any reason.

14.   Entire Agreement. This and all attachments hereto, constitute the entire USMCOC Forum Sponsorship Agreement.
